You may remember my previous photo shoot with Krishna. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was when she got in touch to have some photos taken with her very badass daughter, Pañña.
And that they’d be wearing matching Pegasus costumes for Halloween. Oh my goodness. Yes, please. A million times over.
On the day of our shoot, the lovely and talented Brooke Morse and I headed over to the east side of Portland to meet up with this amazing mother-daughter duo.
Krishna’s killer pink lashes and rainbow wig were to die for. A wonderful surprise that I was psyched to photograph. And I must admit, I wish they made Pañña’s hoodie in my size.
Once the girls were ready, we hopped over to Peninsula Park. I had never been to this particular park, but it’s truly a stunning backdrop for photos, complete with a rose garden and a gorgeous fountain.
Brooke was so enthralled with the place that it’s now on her list of potential venues for her impending wedding next summer!
I, for one, had a glorious time running around the park playing and shooting photos. I hope they warm your heart as much as they do mine
On a slightly related note, I MUST recommend to you Krishna’s acupuncture services. I had been going to a local school for acupuncture, cupping, and massage for about six months before I finally stepped into Krishna’s healing space.
While the students are fantastic, Krishna has been in practice for over a decade. She is tuned into her patient’s needs in a way that only comes from years of experience.
An hour with her reset some things in my mind and body that I had no idea were so out of whack. I left feeling more balanced than I had in quite some time. If you happen to reside in the Portland area, go see her. You won’t regret it.
